Role Summary
MetaPhase Consulting supports the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by providing support to the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO). MetaPhase will support implementing the second USCIS Data Strategy and general office support with communications and diverse front office activities. OCDO requires professional service staff who are knowledgeable about data and technology and have additional skills in training and change management. You will enhance data literacy through training, documentation, and feedback mechanisms.
What You Will Be Doing
Facilitate including all logistics scheduling cohorts, recruiting students and mentors, coordinating invitations, managing content and documentation, supporting course development and improvements
Identify areas for streamlining and improving the program, and supporting implementation of improvements
Operational support for existing training programs already developed to include regular review, inspection, evaluation, and improvement
Maintenance of existing Data Academy site and expansion of the Data Academy to support new content
Use ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) method for instructional design in all course development and refinement
Develop and support all communications plans and marketing campaigns for all existing and newly developed training programs
Measure efficacy of data literacy initiatives to drive future training initiatives
What We Need From You (Required)
A minimum of (5) five or more years of experience with development and delivery of large-scale training programs
Demonstrate knowledge in training professional staff in the use, manipulation, or presentation of data to a wide range of audiences
Demonstrate knowledge or experience in survey design and implementation for a large organization or the public

Education Level
Minimum Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or at least five (5) years of experience

Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust; U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
