Our team covers a wide range of topics from influencing business decisions, to optimizing all aspects of the business, to putting in production algorithms that govern critical aspects of our products.
We work on a number of diverse optimization problems throughout our business such as: user loyalty, fraud detection, churn prediction, supply optimization, damage reduction, optimization of our operating area and the distribution of cars in the city, demand prediction, yield optimization, optimal pricing, and many more…
Your next missions: Explore large datasets and turn them into understandable and actionable insights.Build scalable analytic solutions using state-of-the-art tools based on large and granular datasets.Design and execute a stream of analysis and tests to measure the impact of your solutions.Create precise KPIs and build reliable dashboards in Tableau for monitoring.Design and build ETLs to support your work.Expected skills: A master's degree in a quantitative subject such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, or physics.At least 3 years of demonstrable hands-on experience as a data scientist solving problems in a business context.Passion about statistics and data analysis.
You are comfortable with both creating quick order-of-magnitude assessments, as well as crafting deep rigorous analysis.Expertise in SQL, business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Superset.Expertise in Python; previous experience in production ML systems is a strong plus.Ability to work in English with multiple stakeholders, and can communicate analytical and technical content in an understandable way for different audiences.Our recruitment process: A first interview with Amélie, our Senior talent acquisition manager to get to know you and understand your background and motivation for the role.Case study & technical interview: take home.
