What we're seeking:
This position is responsible for maintaining existing reporting and automated processes as well as developing new automated reports and tools to support the Customer Operations organization. This candidate will use their extensive web development, automation, and database skills to solve complex problems and ensure the internal departments we support have the tools they require to efficiently run the business.
In this in-person role, you will be required to report to our Dallas, TX, work location to complete your work responsibilities.

Develop new websites and tools as well as support existing applications.
Support the automation of existing manual reporting.
Develop new metrics and reporting from multiple data sources
Support existing databases and ETL processes to ensure data integrity
Maintain existing Alteryx workflows and develop new workflows as needed

Salary Range: $48,000 - $150,000
20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

What background you should have:
Extensive SQL Experience writing complex queries and stored procedures, setting up agent jobs, and creating and managing SSIS packages.
Experience working with data from various databases including SQL Server, Oracle, and Teradata.
Experience with web development and scripting languages required (ColdFusion, C#/VB/Python/JavaScript/R).
Experience with BI tools including Spotfire PowerBI.
Experience with Alteryx or related tools for automation and analysis.
Must be extremely comfortable with the MS Office suite of products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word specifically).
Must have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be able to work with little supervision and have the ability to manage own workload.
Must be well-organized and must be able to communicate well with stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Must be available for evening or weekend work as the job requires. Limited travel may be involved.
Must be willing to perform server maintenance, repair, and recovery in an on-call capacity as needed, and as the needs of the business dictate.
