Job Description: The eCommerce Data Specialist will support our client's inventory deployment operations by managing data entry and transfers within Amazon's distribution channels. This position is essential in ensuring a consistent and reliable product flow from the main warehouse to fulfillment centers.

Key Responsibilities: Execute inventory transfers from main warehouses to distribution centers per direction from eCommerce Planners. Manage weekly order volumes (50-100) and collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to process sales orders. Support eCommerce Planners by maintaining accurate inventory levels to meet customer demands. Update replenishment trackers, monitor order status, and track turnaround cycles from order entry to shipping. Run inventory and MRP reports, pull warehouse health data, and produce monthly reports using Syspro, Excel, and PowerBI. Attend weekly 3PL meetings, take notes, and assist in resolving discrepancies in order entries. Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in inventory or order management, or related experience in shipping/receiving with a desire to transition to a corporate role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential); familiarity with Syspro, PowerBI, and Amazon's order management platform is a plus. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and a quick-learning mindset.
