Under the direction of the Program Director, the Dialectical Behavior (DBT) Outpatient Therapist will provide specialized services and care to our Telehealth patients in Massachusetts in accordance with NFS' policies. $45/hour for MA Level $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience $65-$70/hour for independent license Salary:
Full Time $64,000 - $72,000
Premiums paid for:
Non-English language capacity Experience Select clinical specialties DBT Therapist Qualifications: Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required DBT Certification and at least 1 year of experience Clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (prior to start) Independent Clinical License within 2 years Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
