Responsibilities:To check features and dimensions on castings using fixtures and to machine targeting points on castings.Picks and positions castings in targeting fixtures using templates and gauges.Targets castings in fixtures using radial arm drill, air drills or post drill.Uses depth gauges and other measuring devices to check the finished product.Uses surface table and height block to set up castings for checking machine stock, warpage, etc.Position Requirements:Must have High School Diploma.1-2 years manufacturing experience will be considered an asset.All candidates will be required to pass a general aptitude test in order to be considered.Candidates who have tested/interviewed within the past 3 months are not required to re-apply.Shift work may be required.Confidentiality Magellan Aerospace respects the privacy and confidentiality of personal information provided by candidates and shall not disclose to any external parties unless legislated.
