Description
The Regulatory Consulting Associate has primary responsibility for preparation of plan documents, plan amendments, resolutions, SPDs, SMMs and certain IRS / DOL filings.
Works under general supervision of Principal & Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant and exercises initiative and independent judgment in tasks performed.

What You Will Do
Prepare plan documents, amendments, resolutions, policies and procedures, SPDs and SMMs
Prepare certain IRS/DOL filings and corrections
Research and consulting support on regulatory/legislative and compliance items
Who We Are Looking For
Required Experience and Skills
5+ years of industry experience with an expertise in retirement plan documents and strong working knowledge of 401(k) plans.
Preferred Qualifications
ERISA Paralegal preferred
Experience with FIS Relius documents is a plus
QKC certification preferred
Personal Qualifications
Works well within a team environment and takes ownership of personal work product
Proficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Able to productively respond to change
Excellent organization and time management skills
Location
This role is based out of the Milliman office in Dallas, TX, but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $61,000 - $119,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
