The Role: Yubico is looking for a dynamic, experienced, highly driven Deal Desk Analyst that will support deals for our regional sales team. Our primary focus is increasing sales effectiveness; our Deal Desk team supports the sales team and enables them to be more strategic and efficient. This role works with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product. As a Deal Desk Analyst you will identify risks and opportunities, align deals with the company's long-term objectives, and provide data-driven insights for better decision-making. You are a detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced organization with users from all levels of the company. You will provide sound business insights for building operational excellence and have a good understanding of sales cycles, complex hardware and software deal structures, and the complexities of global transactions and hardware fulfillment. Tasks & Responsibilities: Early engagement on deals to provide guidance to account executives throughout the sales cycle and assist with deal modeling, deal structuring, pricing, quoting, determining relevant contracting vehicles, etc.Ensuring deals are well structured, align to company policy, and ready to be processed efficiently.Supporting sales with sales-side deal booking & fulfillment processes within Salesforce. Interfacing with our order entry, supply chain, and billing teams as needed.Documenting and administering deal approval and channel matrix.Working cross functionally to improve overall operational processes as well as document and communicate current policy, process, and templates.Assisting Sales Operations team with process improvements, handling ad-hoc projects, sales executive onboarding.Working closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal teams on all non-standard or otherwise complex deals.Working closely with Deal Desk Manager on historical complex deals for renewals.Being the point of contact when the Deal Desk Manager is out of office.Building educational decks, documentation, and lead workshops for Sales teams.Assisting with training new deal desk members.Basic Qualifications: Experience with establishing and implementing best practices relating to the deal desk in alignment with deal development and order administration.5+ years of experience in a sales support, operations, or enablement capacity in an enterprise software or tech hardware company.Global operations and flexible hours.Prefer experience relating to Deal Desk activities.Salesforce experience.Good understanding of cross-system data integrity.Our U.
