As a Dealer Development Manager, you'll serve as a key representative, building and nurturing relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders to promote and support high-quality products. You'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs, offering tailored solutions that add value and drive growth. Working independently and with a supportive team, you'll expand the company's presence and ensure client satisfaction through hands-on service and expert product knowledge. This role combines strategic planning with client engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities: Promote and Educate on Product Offerings: Act as a product expert, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the company's offerings to drive client interest and satisfaction. Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships within the region, staying informed on market trends to expand the company's client base and enhance community impact. Conduct Market Research and Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze feedback from clients and community stakeholders to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that offerings align with local needs and preferences. Administrative: Scheduling and taking care of all the inbound leads coming in. Required Skills & Experience: Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Proven ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse clients and community members, fostering trust and collaboration. Sales and Product Knowledge: Experience in sales or a related field, with a solid understanding of the products being offered and the ability to articulate their benefits to clients. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions, along with the capacity to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities for the company.
