This market-leading practice group has a global reach and handles a variety of finance transactions, including leveraged, structured, and fund finance matters. Target candidates will have four or more years of debt finance experience, including representing lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers. Required Qualifications:
• Four or more years of large law firm debt finance experience
