Responsibilities
• Negotiate, deliver, and follow through on client settlement offers and proposals• Establish and maintain contact with creditors, collection agencies, law firms, and debt buyers• Analyze client portfolios to determine the best strategy for financial freedom• Review client's banking account to determine funds for the program• Achieve monthly KPIs set by management
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and professionalism• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Experience working in a metrics-based/goals-driven environment• Desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment• Multi-tasker with great organizational and communication skills
