Responsibilities
• Support the design and implementation of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation for security cooperation programs and activities• Develop and implement security cooperation programs by working across DoD and with key interagency and state partners• Participate in developing, supporting, and progressing security cooperation programs, activities, and initiatives• Support program management, planning, logistics, and administrative requirements• Keep abreast of new policies, procedures, regulations, and directives affecting security cooperation activities• Provide training on security cooperation topics• Quickly research, analyze, and compile packages in response to urgent requirements• Analyze and identify trends, emerging issues, and future program planning, budgeting, and implementation requirements• Assist in initiative design and validation• Conduct data research and analysis and produce custom data products
Requirements
• Active Secret Clearance• Bachelors' degree from accredited university• Minimum 5 years of experience with security cooperation programs and procedures• Ability to interface with senior level management• Ability to multi-task in a demanding, high energy environment• Strong Organizational and Customer Service Skills• Experience and working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to follow security protocols to protect sensitive data• U.S. Citizen
