Join our team as a Delivery Driver!


ARMM Logistic is based in Milpitas.
You'll play a vital role in delivering packages for to residential and commercial locations in Milpitas and San Jose.


JOB DETAILS:
•$23 to $25 /hour depending on experience and schedule.

•Shifts typically 8-9 hours, starting between 10:50 am to 7:20/8:20 pm.

•Opportunity to earn up to $0.50 to $3.13 extra per hour in bonuses based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.

•$1000 bonus paid out over initial months (must have no call outs each month to be eligible for this discretionary bonus and have at least 5 shifts per week).

•Quarterly retention bonuses based on tenure.

•We have operations 7 days per week.
Full-time employees will work 4 to 5 days/week.

•Required to work at least one weekend day.


QUALIFICATIONS:
•21 years of age and above.

•Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents in 3 years).

•Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
•Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.

•Great attitude and energy.
