Redaptive is actively seeking a highly motivated and seasoned HVAC / Mechanical leader to join our dynamic team. As the HVAC/Mechanical Delivery Engineering Lead, you will lead and manage a team of technical professionals who guide our suppliers on best practices for audits and proposals. You will oversee the team's efforts in managing design engineering and preconstruction partners to ensure on-time delivery of proposals while maintaining quality control of third-party partner project development deliverables and inputs. You will also engage directly with customers and our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to understand customer needs and effectively communicate these insights to our internal team and suppliers. \n Responsibilities and DutiesRefine and Scale Standards of Technical Project Development Excellence: Implement best practices and guidelines for technical project development across Redaptive's energy efficiency technology solutions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and ensure excellence in project execution.Manage the HVAC / Mechanical Delivery Engineering Team: Supervise and guide a team of technical professionals in Delivery Engineering. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Develop a System for Prioritizing Work: Design and implement a robust system to prioritize and manage the workload of the Delivery Engineering team. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of projects based on organizational priorities.Engage with Strategic Sourcing: Align with Strategic Sourcing team to provide updates on upcoming work to ensure supplier coverage by technology and by geography.Collaborate with Customers and GTM Teams:Work directly with customers and GTM teams to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. Communicate these insights effectively to our internal team and suppliers to ensure alignment with customer requirements in all project proposals and deliverables.Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as needed to support the overall objectives of the HVAC / Mechanical Delivery Engineering team and Redaptive's mission. Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering required. Advanced degree preferred.15+ years experience in technical project management or quality assurance, preferably in the energy efficiency, technology, or construction industry.Previous experience in managing and leading a team of technical professionals.Familiarity with technical project management tools and software is a plus.
