Note: It is a Technical Delivery Lead Role not a PM or Technical Lead Role
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Web Delivery Lead. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a comprehensive understanding of digital technology, and expertise in mobile architecture. This role requires overseeing the successful delivery of web based projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological strategies.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead the delivery of digital web and mobile projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
Team Management:
Supervise and mentor a team of developers, designers, and project managers.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide project updates and address concerns.
Manage expectations and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Quality Assurance and Optimization:
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of web and mobile applications.
Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement of existing digital platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (14-20 years) working as a Delivery Lead in leading Java and Front-End based projects with a focus on Telecommunications background.
At least 8-10 years telecommunication background (is in latest projects only).
Strong understanding of web technologies, front-end/back-end development, and responsive design principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
