Delivery Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Operations Manager.

**Key Responsibilities:**
**Operational Excellence:** Manage and optimize the day-to-day delivery operations, ensuring seamless coordination between warehouse staff, delivery drivers, and customer service teams.
**Process Improvement:** Identify inefficiencies in delivery processes and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
**Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of delivery associates, drivers, and support staff.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale within the team.
**Logistics Management:** Coordinate logistics, including route planning, vehicle maintenance, and inventory management.
Ensure timely deliveries while minimizing transportation costs.
**Quality Assurance:** Monitor and maintain high standards of delivery quality and service.
Implement quality control measures and address customer feedback promptly to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Data Analysis:** Analyze delivery performance data and generate reports to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
**Compliance:** Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to delivery operations.
Implement and enforce best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
**Vendor Management:** Collaborate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain positive working relationships.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in delivery operations management, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability in managing 50 - 70 direct reports.
