Your Role and Responsibilities As a Demand Automation Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing a strategic marketing automation plan powered by the Adobe platform with specific emphasis on Marketo, that will drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and initiatives that align with established business goals. This role provides an opportunity for a strategic thinker to create insights from data to build plans that drive results. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelor s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field. • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing with a focus on marketing automation strategy development and execution. • In-depth knowledge of marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics and reporting tools. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
