This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ. YOU WILL: Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement demand generation campaigns that are effective and aligned with Envoy's mission of making workplaces safer and more connected. Manage Channels: Take ownership of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and other marketing channels, optimizing them to achieve the best results for our campaigns. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure your strategies and campaigns align with broader company goals. Your role will involve regular interaction and collaboration to refine tactics and maximize impact. Leverage Data: Use data-driven insights to continually refine and optimize campaigns. You'll analyze performance data to identify trends and make informed decisions that drive better results. Innovate Constantly: Explore and test new and creative ways to generate demand. Whether it's experimenting with new content formats or trying out fresh approaches to digital marketing, your role will keep Envoy at the forefront of workplace innovation. Support Sales Goals: Partner with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies support lead and pipeline generation. You'll align tactics to sales goals, share feedback, and adjust your approach based on real-time data and team input. Own the Lead Lifecycle: Oversee the entire lead lifecycle from creation through sales handoff, ensuring that leads are nurtured effectively and that our pipeline remains healthy and robust. Report and Refine: Regularly report on campaign performance to senior management, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to improve future initiatives. You Are: Experience-Oriented: You have 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment, and are eager to apply your skills in a mission-driven company. Compensation description Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in the San Francisco Bay Area, our expected cash compensation for this role is $133,000- $152K (Annually).Final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
