Demand Marketing Manager

Details of the offer

Every day, the world gets more digital thanks to tens of millions of developers building the future faster than ever. But with exponential growth comes exponential risk, as outnumbered security teams struggle to secure mountains of code. This is where Snyk (pronounced "sneak") comes in. Snyk is a developer security platform that makes it easy for development teams to find, prioritize, and fix security vulnerabilities in code, dependencies, containers, and cloud infrastructure — and do it all right from the start. Snyk is on a mission to make the world a more secure place by empowering developers to develop fast and stay secure. Joining Snyk means embracing our core values: One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment where fostering collaboration, leading with empathy, driving business impact, and inspiring trust are at the heart of everything we do. Snyk is seeking an expansion-focused campaign manager to join our Demand Marketing team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving expansion pipeline by designing and running highly targeted, multi-touch cross-sell/upsell campaigns for and with our sales teams. Your campaigns will span all channels, including email, programmatic advertising, webinars, events, and sales enablement. You'll excel in this role if you have experience with funnel management, a proven track record in forming sales relationships, and an analytical approach to measuring the effectiveness of marketing investments, with a drive for impacting the business through the expansion of existing customers.

You'll Spend Your Time: Developing and executing expansion campaigns across multiple tactics, channels and segments to expand business within Snyk's customer base and increase revenue. Collaborating with sales, customer success, product marketing, and operations teams to analyze customer buying trends and identify opportunities for expansion, including cross-sell and upsell. Managing campaign timelines, experimentation, budget, ROI and impact - create a regular reporting cadence to communicate results to key stakeholders. Organizing targeted customer events, aka 'value days' - both virtually and in-person to boost customer engagement and product adoption.  Collaborating with customer marketing, content, design, product marketing, ABM, and digital marketing teams. What You'll Need: 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role at a SaaS company, including end-to-end campaign management. Hands-on, curious, and eager to explore new domains and technologies. Excellent written English skills for customer-facing communications. Results and metrics-driven with a strong ability to measure and report on marketing KPIs and performance. Proficient in marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesloft, Marketo, Salesforce). Experience working with customers and customer engagement teams. Familiarity with the technical buyer's journey and opportunities for marketing influence. #LI-SK1
