Dental assistants must work effectively with co-workers, customers, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others; keeping commitments; keeping others informed of work progress, timetables and issues.Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for an experienced dental assistant to work in our private practice that focuses heavily on dental implants and advanced restorative treatment.Responsibilities-Being a team player-Assist our doctors during a variety of treatment procedures including advanced restorative and surgical procedures-Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment-Take digital x-rays as needed before, during, or after treatment-Charting treatment in Dentrix-Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment-Monitor the patient's well-being during the procedure-Maintain a supply inventory and order supplies as needed-Denture adjustments and chairside relines-Replacement of locator housing inserts (o-rings)-Fabrication of temporaries-Laboratory work
