Dental Call Center Representative

Overview:
Full Time- On Site position.
Requires 2 years of dental industry experience as well as experience using Dentrix dental software.
We are a busy, privately owned dental office seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Dental Call Center Representative!
This is a non-patient facing environment in our support center!

Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information by researching, locating, and providing information.Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.Answer incoming calls and respond to customers emailsManagement and resolve customer complaintsIdentify and escalate issues to supervisorsResearch, identify, and resolve customer complaintsRoute calls to appropriate resourcesDocument all call information according to standard operating proceduresRecognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer callsFollow up customer calls where necessaryOther duties as assigned#HD
