Position Summary:
As a valuable member of a collaborative and engaged dental Implant Technician team, the successful candidate in this position will perform sales functions related to converting calls to prospective patients in one of our 13 surgical centers.
The role would include developing long-term professional relationships with patients, communicating product information and features that will enhance patient knowledge and confidence, and help transform the lives of so many people.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Meeting with potential patients at NHOMS-MassOMS to discuss our dental implant solution Utilize experience CRM to optimize sales processes, track performance, and generate insightful reports.
Assisting potential patients in the decision-making process utilizing the NHOMS l MassOMS consult process.
Developing and maintaining relationships with potential and current patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment.
Managing follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment.
Participate, as needed, in the local outbound marketing efforts for your Center to increase patient lead generation.
Manage the referral-based lead generation process, working with existing patients to identify potential referrals.
Up to 20% travel within assigned region with expense reimbursement.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, professional and target driven.
Team player within a target-driven environment.
Experience & Qualifications: Proficient in basic computer applications and willingness to learn internal programs.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills (2-3 years B2C selling experience).
Experience in building and maintaining patient relationships.

Salary Description
$55,000-$65,000 per year
