Dental Receptionist / Front Desk

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, friendly and welcoming, and organized.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
A Must: Experience with Dentrix software (Please do not apply if you don't have experience with Dentrix)
• Greet patients in a friendly manner and communicate professionally with them on the phone and face-to-face.
• Communicate clearly to ensure that all information is accurately relayed to the dentist and third parties.
• Answer phone calls and relay messages efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Answer questions about patient's appointments and insurance.
• Have experience in patient billing procedures with insurances.
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Be detail oriented.
The position is full time Monday through Friday, with one or two Saturdays a month.
Pay is hourly and will be competitive based on your experience.
