Dental Receptionist / Front Desk

Our office is looking to hire a Strong Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team!   Schedule: Monday - Saturday ( rotate one day off weekly )   Our ideal Dental Treatment Coordinator feels comfortable talking about money with patients and has experience working in a dental practice. We are a busy office and projecting $262k monthly. We have ALL specialties (Ortho , Pedo, Endo, Perio & OS ) and have double provider GP days with Hygiene   Duties for our Dental Treatment Coordinator include: Explain the treatment plans, address patient concerns and answer any questions. Understands HMO / Dentical / PPO ( High volume of HMO/Dentical office ) Undertsanding Upgrades and benefits that may nit be included on patients plans Assist the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling Communicate with all outside and third-party financing companies offered to patients and educate patients on the available outside financing options. ( Care Credit, Lending Club, Sunbit, Cherry) Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment. Perform general office duties and other duties as required.
