JOB SUMMARY:Perform general dentistry duties of diagnosis and treatment. Provide comprehensive care to patients.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Patient Focus• Provide comprehensive general dentistry skills effectively and appropriately.• Provide comprehensive treatment of dental pathology. Correctly diagnose and treat all problems.• Effectively communicate information to patientDental/Mental Health• Maintain clear and concise charts with appropriate entries and signatures• Maintain appropriate office flowAnalytical and Critical ThinkingProvide comprehensive general dentistry skills effectively and appropriately.Provide comprehensive treatment of dental pathology.Correctly diagnose and treat all problems.If applicable, provide acceptable clinical oversight, supervision and mentorship to residents and externs enrolled in dental graduate or post graduate programs. Patient FocusEffectively communicate information to patientMaintain appropriate office flow Checking, Examining, and RecordingMaintain clear and concise charts with appropriate entries and signaturesSKILLS AND ABILITIES:• Strong communication skills• Ability to multi-taskEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:• College degree and four year degree in dentistry• One year of clinical or residency experience• Five years minimum experience preferredIND1
