Key Highlights:




Location: Luray VA


Patient Base: Adult & Family care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients


Mon-Thursday 8-5 lunch 12-1 Fridays 8-1 pm


Technology: Modern office with digital equipment




Compensation and Benefits:




Income Potential: $200,000-$400,000 (Full-Time)


Guaranteed Minimum(90-days): $700-$1,000 per day (depending on experience)


Production Bonus: 30-35% of adj collection


Additional Benefits (Full-time): Health Insurance, Life Savings Plan, mentorship, CE benefits, malpractice Insurance


Long-term Employment: Possible future ownership available.




Candidate Requirements:




Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding a Virginia dental license.


Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills


Quality Focus: Commitment to high-quality standards and necessary procedures only AND enjoy treating families.
