The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality dental care, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to the success and reputation of our practice.Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions and oral diseases.Perform routine and complex dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and root canals.Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices.Collaborate with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.Stay current on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.Uphold high standards of infection control and safety protocols.Provide excellent chairside manner, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.Qualifications:Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.Valid state dental license and in good standing.Proven experience as a Dentist.Excellent clinical and communication skills.Commitment to ongoing professional development.Strong ethical standards and patient-focused mindset.Benefits:Competitive Compensation based on incoming experience, starting between $175,000 and $225,000 annually.Comprehensive Benefits Package including health insurance, dental coverage, vision plans, retirement plan with an employer contribution, industry-leading PTO, and continued education credits.Work-Life Balance: Full-time schedule is Monday through Friday.
