Reporting to the General Manager/Owner, you will be a point of contact for field technicians, leaders, and customers. Your quality of service, friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and professionalism go a long way in providing a memorable experience. You thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic work environment. You will manage communication, scheduling, administration, and accounts receivable. You will maintain first contact and ongoing conversation with new homeowners, handle scheduling, dispatching, and confirming appointments, and coordinate with Operations Managers and Crew Leaders to address call-backs, equipment retrieval, and job details.
You will engage in over-the-phone sales using company-provided scripts, pricing, and service options. You will manage the client database, records, and master our CRM system for scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
You will share your passion for genuine hospitality in your commitment to our vision, mission, and values. You will ensure your teams work in concert with other departments to provide the highest level of quality and satisfaction. You will set the tone with your strong ethics and ensure compliance with departmental procedures, including standards for quality, timing, attendance, and appearance. You will follow and ensure all Sea Island safety protocols are met and maintain awareness of your surroundings, ensuring tidiness and reporting any maintenance issues immediately.
You will maintain knowledge of Sea Island's properties, services, and offerings, sharing this information with guests, members, and team members. You will resolve service issues in a timely and positive manner, proactively aiding when needed, and be willing to help with other areas or duties as requested. You will be detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
