Job Summary The Department Executive 6 (Data Analyst) will develop, maintain, current databases in use in certain HHVS divisions, improve current forms and design and deploy new forms within the current platform.
Manage access to the data base and resolve end user issues, and request which includes extraction and manipulation of data, producing and submitting reports to different user groups and agencies.
Conduct business continuity analysis, risk assessments, business impact analyses, strategy selection, and documentation of business processes; work with Business Segments within the County on proposed projects; and facilitate requirement gathering and business requirement documentation to assist HHVS teams.

Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Assess current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods.
Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.
Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI).
Identify the need for initial or supplemental project resources.
Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Develop and manage the work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.
Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
End-user training and product demonstrations Any other requests or responsibilities communicated by the Supervisor that are relevant to the job.
Qualifications Education Requirements A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or information technology.
Experience Requirements Experience in leading enterprise system design, development, and implementation projects.
Experience in workflow analysis and implementation in software systems.
Experience in database management.
Experience in front end and form design in JavaScript and .net.
