Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales or service professionals, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Manage budgeting and financial performance, including monitoring expenses and maximizing profitability. Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility that aligns with company standards and customer expectations. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively and efficiently. Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience in a management role within a dealership or a related industry (service or sales). Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service. Analytical mindset and experience with financial management, budgeting, and reporting. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of RV products, services, and industry trends. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Emotional Intelligence Flexibility to work Saturdays.
