Job Summary: The College of Medicine is seeking a talented individual to support and advance a culture of organizational well-being within the Department of Surgery. The Department Well-Being Director will report to the Chair of the Department of Surgery and the Director of Organizational Well-Being in the Office of Organizational Well-Being. This faculty appointment will focus on opportunities to support the professional development and leadership effectiveness of faculty and providers within the department.
