Seeking a Deputy Program Manager for our Annapolis Junction, MD area.
Responsible for management across a single program or a program with multiple related projects or a portfolio of projects.
This includes planning, organizing, and oversight for the successful completion of program level goals and objectives.
Duties may include ensuring that all projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.
This family also interfaces with various levels of program leadership: project managers, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.
Most jobs in this family have profit and loss (P&L) responsibility - defined as having direct influence on how company resources are allocated and being accountable for the performance of a self-contained unit delivering on the targets set and within budget by managing costs (decrease) and revenue (increase).
Your responsibilities will include the following: Coordinates all activities with CACI PM and Government Customer (when required) to clarify requirements and resolve issues In coordination with Talent Acquisition and program PM, candidate will lead a team-wide program staffing requirements and activities to proactively place team resources Facilitates procurement of equipment and materials in support of program (i.e.
Obtain Quotes, Write Justifications, Execute Procurement, etc.)
Performs property control activities in FACTS/AM (such as barcoding or property reports) for all CAP/GFI/GFE to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor property in accordance with applicable corporate policy, customer requirements, or government regulations.
May be required to disposition equipment Has working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Data Item Descriptions (DID).
May be responsible for providing guidance and training to personnel on the application of procured equipment.
Has working knowledge of ITAR requirements and reporting.
Basic Qualifications: Previous experience as a PM/DPM for smaller program/project Previous experience in materials support and management Experience with hiring/identifying cleared staff to support program requirements Experience with using a P-Card Experience with reporting monthly/annual CAP/GFE/GFI Motivated self-starter who is able to multi-task and works well alone and with others Experienced working in a Quick Reaction (QRC) environment TS/SCI with Poly (***REQUIRED at start date***) 7+ years of professional experience Desired Skills: Understands basic PMI methodologies but may not possess a PMP Understands Purchasing Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, etc.)

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$119,800 - $263,600
