Hours are flexible and can be worked around your private practice. Community Medical and Dental Care Inc. is seeking to hire a Part-Time Dermatologist to join our expanding team.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive Dermatology care to patients of all ages, performing a variety of procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and staying up-to-date on the latest medical advances.
Responsibilities Perform physical examinations to evaluate complex dermatological problems.Order appropriate laboratory studies and other special examinations.Analyze and interpret data, formulate diagnoses and problem lists, and establish plans for the management of health problems.Provide consultations on complex medical problems to other healthcare providers.Prescribe medication(s) and monitor side-effects of medication and adverse reactions.Perform dermatology surgery where indicated.Refer patients to specialty and subspecialty providers both in-house and outside the center as needed.Follow up on all outside referrals, labs, and test results.Perform all duties and responsibilities as delineated in your deeming and scope of services.Requirements Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.Active NY State Medical License required.2+ years of experience preferred.Ability to work independently.Opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals.Occurrence based malpractice coverage.Flexible schedule with consideration of your private practice.Chance to make a difference in the lives of others.If you are a qualified Dermatologist who is looking for a rewarding career, we encourage you to apply.
