Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive skin examinations to diagnose conditions. Create tailored treatment plans for patients with various skin ailments. Perform surgical and non-surgical dermatological procedures, including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and laser therapies. Prescribe medications and recommend skincare routines to improve patient health outcomes. Provide education on skin health, preventative measures, and the importance of sun protection. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver multidisciplinary care. Ensure diligent maintenance and documentation of patient records. Engage in continuous education to stay abreast of industry trends and advances in dermatology. Adhere to all medical and legal regulations, ensuring safe and ethical practice standards. Minimum Position Qualifications: Medical degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in Dermatology. Valid and active state medical license. Proven experience in dermatological procedures and patient care. Exceptional diagnostic abilities and a solid understanding of dermatological treatments and conditions. Effective communication skills, capable of building patient rapport and explaining complex conditions clearly. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of dermatology practice experience. Experience with EMR systems. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Previous roles in multi-specialty clinics or hospitals. Contributions to dermatology research or published works in recognized medical journals. Familiarity with the latest dermatology trends and technology. Skills: Advanced clinical skills specific to dermatology. Proficiency in performing a wide range of dermatological procedures. Excellent interpersonal and patient management skills.
