Practice Details: Multiple locations to choose from include the Quad Cities and throughout Illinois - Where are you interested?Leadership is committed to physician input - Multiple providers recently renewed their contracts.Unmatched support staff of several RNs to help prep, do intake, and scribe - Easily see over 40 patients/day.Flagship location has an in-house Pathology Lab, MedSpa, and ASC.General Dermatology with the opportunity to build in MOHS or even Dermatopathology.3, 4, or 5-day work week with other flexible options considered.No call required. Compensation Details: Base salary + graduated collections or 100% production model - Demonstrated earning potential of anywhere between $725K - $1 Million.$200K+ Sign-On bonus.Comprehensive benefits package includes $15K paid relocation, $5K CME Allowance, 401k with 4% match, all types of insurance, and 6 weeks PTO.
