Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Director to drive the overall delivery of the user experience flow and design language of our product.
As the Design Director, you will be responsible for driving UI/UX consistency, usability, user engagement, out-of-box experience (OOBE), and any other artifacts related to the use of the product.
You should have strong experience delivering design in 3D HMDs and an understanding of the constraints and design optimizations needed for AR/VR.
Qualifications:

Responsibilities: Lead the design team in the development and delivery of high-quality user experience flow and design language for our product.Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, art) to ensure that design efforts are aligned with business and user requirements.Identify and resolve technical roadblocks and bottlenecks in the development process.Continuously monitor and optimize the quality of the user experience flow and design language.Ensure that all design assets are delivered on time and within budget.Stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in design technologies.Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
