EVG Specialty Network is seeking a Design & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Strategic marketing, the Design & Marketing Associate, you'll be an essential member of our marketing team, supporting a mix of graphic design and marketing initiatives for our hospitals, corporate brand, and talent acquisition teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, small team environment. This position is remote but requires availability during Eastern Standard Time business hours to facilitate communication with our team and hospitals.
\n CORE FUNCTIONS:Graphic Design for Hospitals & Corporate Branding: Create high-quality visuals that includebrochures, internal and external communications, print and digital ads, and other collateral that enhance brand awareness for our hospitals and corporate identities. Support Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop branded materials, digital assets, and promotional content for recruitment campaigns to attract top talent in veterinary medicine. Social Media & Digital Content Creation: Work with the marketing team to create engaging, on-brand visuals and posts that captivate audiences on social media, build community, and drive awareness or our hospitals and services. Marketing Campaign Support: Assist with multi-channel marketing campaigns for hospital services, new locations, corporate events, and recruitment initiatives to promote growth and visibility. Brand Management: Uphold and maintain the brand's visual identity across all creative content, ensuring alignment with our voice, values, and guidelines. Content Writing & Editing: Work with the marketing team to craft and edit copy for digital and print materials, including social media, emails, newsletters and website content to effectively communicate our brand's message. Website & Digital Content Management: Collaborate with website partners to keep graphics current and ensure online content is up-to-date with hospital services, corporate initiatives, and branding. Event Marketing Support: Assist in promoting and coordinating both virtual and in-person events for our hospitals and corporate team, including open houses, Continuing Education (CE) events, community outreach and recruiting events. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Preferred skills and experienceBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing experience in creating high-end, polished designs that reflect professionalism over playful. 3-5 years' experience in graphic design, with experience in healthcare, or veterinary medicine strongly preferred. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Familiarity with social media management, content creation, and digital marketing best practices. Ability to work in a matrixed structure with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize between projects as needed. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including strong copywriting and grammar skills. Occasional travel required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
\n$55,000 - $90,000 a year
This is a remote position with occasional travel for Network team-building, hospital events, and/or industry conferences. Compensation negotiable and based on skills and experience.
