Position Title: Remote Design Specialist (12-Month Contract)

Responsibilities:
Influence the design for key moments of truth for the new healthcare company brand.
Create and maintain a cohesive on-brand experience to support the launch of a new world-class healthcare brand.
Engage in the development, creation, and execution of design concepts for products, graphics, interactive experiences, packaging, and various communication mediums.
Conduct design tasks including planning, scheduling, executing, crafting presentations, collaborating on design ideas, and liaising with businesses.
Build and develop enterprise brand visual identity systems and guidelines.
Your Skills:
Proactive in advancing new ideas and effectively communicating them.
Capable of addressing a broad range of questions and challenges, adept at navigating uncertainty while gaining support from others.
Operate under moderate supervision, bringing expertise and knowledge pertinent to the role.
Efficiently manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring quality remains uncompromised.
Experience in product packaging design for both B2B and B2C sectors.
Proficient in all Adobe Creative Suite products.
Expertise in specialty design areas such as packaging, UI/UX, environmental design, tradeshow, and event design is preferred.
Valued experience in creating product renderings is a plus.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, or High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand design and corporate identity.
3-5 years of experience in brand design and corporate identity in a private, public, government, or military environment.
