\nResponsibilities: -For new design projects, you will assist with developing the conceptual design -For restoration and forensics projects, you will assist with condition assessments, developing repair solutions, and preparing technical reports. -Develop 3D models in Autodesk Revit -Prepare project drawings and construction documents in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for both new design and restoration projects -Coordinate drawings with both internal and external clients -Monitor and inspect construction work and write field reports -Assist with construction administration tasks, such as reviewing material submittals, tracking repair quantities, budgets and schedules, etc. Qualifications: -Minimum of an Associate degree (Engineering/Architectural Technology; Building Construction Technology; or similar), a Bachelor's degree is a plus. -Drafting and construction experience is a plus -Structural and Architectural experience is a plus -Excellent computer skills. -Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel -Good written and oral communication skills -Ability to write construction field reports and assist with writing condition assessment reports -Must be able to work in a team environment Who We Are Walker offers various comprehensive services spanning structural integrity and building performance, encompassing forensic investigations, building envelope analysis, and restoration.
