ABOUT THE ROLE The Creative Designer at (VR Gaming Studio) will play a crucial role in shaping the visual aspects of marketing campaigns, websites, activations, social media posts, trailers, and more. They will work closely with the creative marketing team to define and implement design requirements, ensuring consistency with the brand identity of StatusPRO and its release titles. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in creative design, a knack for producing visually appealing and engaging graphics, along with a strong passion for both gaming and sports.
\n RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with the creative team to define visual requirements and conceptualize design ideas for marketing campaigns, websites, activations, social media posts, trailers, and other promotional materials. Create and produce high-quality graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos, that align with the brand identity of StatusPRO and its sports games. Develop and evolve the brand identity for StatusPRO and all games and titles released by the studio, ensuring consistency across various platforms and mediums. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, gaming advancements, and sports-related design to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure the visual elements effectively communicate the desired message and enhance user engagement. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions, collaborating with team members to generate new concepts and design solutions.Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all design work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Actively participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of design deliverables. Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed to ensure the successful execution of design projects. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a creative designer, preferably within the gaming or sports industry. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and other relevant assets. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) or similar tools. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively. Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPassion for gaming and sports, with a deep understanding of their respective cultures and audiences. Experience with VR game design or familiarity with VR technology. Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software, such as After Effects or Premiere Pro. Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering tools, such as Maya or Blender.Familiarity with AI creative tools such as MidJourney, Dall-E, Runway and the like. Experience working in an agile development environment and adapting to changing project requirements. Ability to quickly iterate on designs and incorporate feedback to refine the final output.
