AboutPerry Dean Rogers Partners ArchitectsPerry Dean Rogers (PDR) is a full-service architectural firm specializing in cultural and academic buildings on higher ed campuses. Our practice is highly collaborative, and we greatly value the importance of supporting each firm member's growth and leadership within the office and profession.
We seek creative, motivated individuals to join our highly collaborative and growing practice. We have a variety of current projects and needs, ranging from culturally-significant academic buildings and a museum project on Massachusetts campuses, to house-doctor contracts with DCAMM and state universities.
At the present, we are in a hybrid work mode – averaging 3 days a week in our downtown Boston office.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
Designer or Architect with 4-7 years of professional experienceStrong conceptual design and technical skillsExperience in the development of Construction Documents, preferably in RevitProficiency with Revit in a professional environmentConsultant coordination experience is advantageousOwner interaction experience is advantageousStrong communication (visual and verbal), organizational, and collaborative skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, but also enjoys working in a collaborative settingB.
