Opportunity:
Virtual Service Operations is searching for a Desktop & Depot Support Manager to join our team in El Segundo, California.
In this role you would be a part of our growing relationship with one of our great clients and be responsible for managing a team tasked with Desktop and Depot Support.
Responsibilities: Manage a team of support engineersEnsure all the client desktop support tasks are being done in a timely and efficient manner (Software Break Fix support, Image Loads, Asset Recovery, Asset Tagging, Printer Support, etc...)Ensure all the client depot support tasks are being done in a timely and efficient manner (Managing the storage, inventory, and picking/packing of equipment, etc...)Ensure all documentation and reporting is being completedEnsure that all tasks are compliant with our client's policiesOther Client Support duties needed to maintain Workstation operations and customer satisfaction may be assigned Qualifications: Previous IT Management experience2-3+ years of previous experience in Desktop/Depot Support or similar rolesExperience providing leadership and managing a team and helping to develop that team in their careersExpertise in documentation & reportingKnowledge of PC Imaging Preferred Qualifications: Certified Dell TechnicianExpertise in Inventory Control
