We are currently seeking a Desktop Management-WOS to join our team in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).
This role is to provide onsite support for end users, for tickets and issues at a client site. The technician will have the responsibility to own the issues through resolution.
*This is an on-site, client based position.Only local candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for computer (desktops & laptops) hardware, mobile devices (tablets), printers, scanners, and any other supported devices.
Provide onsite in person technical support for VIP users, with high level of customer service
Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computer (desktops & laptops) hardware, mobile devices (tablets), printers, scanners, and any other supported devices.
Diagnose and resolve software issues, operating system issues, and network issues.
Interact with End Users to identify IT issues, provide easy to understand explanation of the resolution, and to provide timely updates on progress of their IT issues.
Respond in a timely manner to end user inquiries and requests, ensuring to maintain customer satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Manage daily Incident and/or Requests queue from an ITSM tool by accurately documenting work notes and resolution notes.
Depot Support - shipping/receiving to out of state offices
May travel to local remote/off-site locations as requested
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of Desktop Support/End User Support Experience
Additional Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
Excellent client service skills
A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
Physically able to lift and move Enterprise and Client technology hardware in our customer environments
Reliable Transportation for travel to local offices
