Desktop Support

Position: Desktop Support Location: Chicago, IL Type: Contract Job Description ITIL, Microsoft SSCM, Windows Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Identity And Access Management, Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS), Windows Servers Experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator.
You demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting Laptop/Desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office).
You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and enjoy problem solving.
You are well-versed with IT processes (e.g., ITIL, ITGC and PCI).
You're a multi-tasking pro and love working on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling priorities.
