Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Desktop Support Technician (Part-time) to join their team.
As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be part of the IT Department supporting internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Desktop Support Technician Location: Fremont, CA Pay Range: $25.00-$38.00/hr DOE Whats the Job?
Diagnose and resolve application software, networking, and operating systems issues.
Provide walk-up support for users at the Tech Hub.
Manage and prioritize desktop support tickets using a cloud-based workflow tool like ServiceNow.
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and related equipment.
Document technical procedures and maintain system security standards.
Whats Needed?
3 years of experience in desktop support or related role.
Experience with Windows and other operating systems troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Office 365 and Active Directory.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
Associate degree or relevant certifications (A, MCP, HDI preferred).
