Job Summary:The Detailer Lead will be responsible for overseeing all detail work performed at Seattle MINI. This individual will coordinate, manage, and perform professional cleaning and detailing services of both interior and exterior vehicle components. The Detailer Lead is expected to act as a supervisor and a team leader and will provide guidance and support to all detailers, as needed.Compensation & Benefits:The Detailer Lead will be paid a salary of $20 to $25 per hour DOEBenefits include paid time off, retirement plan savings, dental and medical insurance, and career advancement opportunities.Hours:Thursday - Monday, 9am - 6pmResponsibilities:Schedule detailers for cleaning and detailing services as requestedInspect and approve completed jobs to ensure that the highest level of quality is achievedDevelop and adhere to policies and guidelines for detail workTrain current and new detailers on proper detail techniques and best practicesMonitor employee performance and provide feedback on improvement opportunitiesMaintain an accurate inventory of materials and tools related to detailingClean and detail all vehicles that come into the shopTrack and provide records and reports on progress, job costs, and customer satisfactionRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 5 years' experience in detailing vehiclesKnowledge of automotive detailing products and techniquesExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyAbility to pass a background check and motor vehicle reportEEOC Statement:At Seattle MINI, we are committed to providing an environment free of discrimination and harassment for all our employees.
