We're seeking a dedicated Community Manager to be the daily voice and presence of a Discord developer community. In this role, you'll maintain active engagement through consistent communication (~50 messages daily), provide timely support, and ensure smooth channel operations. Your primary focus will be routing technical questions, welcoming new members, moderating discussions, and cross-posting key announcements—all while maintaining a 24-hour response time standard.
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of community management experience, strong written communication skills, and basic technical understanding of AR/VR/XR concepts. Experience with Discord moderation and developer communities is essential, while familiarity with tools like Lens Studio or Camera Kit is a plus. Success in this role means maintaining consistent engagement, efficient support routing, and high user satisfaction while dedicating 60% of time to active community engagement, 20% to technical support routing, and 20% to channel maintenance and announcements.

Examples of cities in US 3 are Portland, Houston and Miami.US 2 pay is 7.5% higher than US 3 to meet the market rates. Examples of cities in US 2 are Los Angeles, Chicago and Seattle.US 1 pay is 15% higher than US 3 to meet market rates.
