(Rapid Application Development) to analyze and troubleshoot production issues.
Plusses:

Microsoft Orleans Framework - Preferable
Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery and Automated Deployment environment with tools such as Jenkins, OpenShift/Lightspeed, TeamCity, uDeploy.
