About the team:The team is delivering modernized and automated solutions to enable companiesto run their payables processes as a strategic lever, rather than aburdensome process. You'll work as part of a team of individuals who areself-motivated, proactive, and creative out-of-the-box thinkers; and weare looking for like minded individuals.
About the role:As the Sr Director you will use strategy, analytical, and financialskills. This is a highly visible position, and you will need to haveexceptional drive and energy, solid analytical skills, strong verbal andwritten communications skills, hands-on experience in banking or financialservices, strategy and business development, and the organizationalagility to influence decisions.
What you will be doing:Partner with AP / AR leadership team to help drive business objectives andensure the broader executive team is well-informedSupport the Platform team by utilizing data, create business plans andstrategies to help enable increased performance across teams, includinganalysis of management reporting, creation of strategy plans and ad-hocrequestAct as a local extension between leadership and support groups by working onjoint projects and managing communication between teamsIdentify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies bygenerating innovative ideas and solutionsWork with the team to make visually appealing and engaging presentationsfocused on sharing ideas, demoing products, landing strategies, andupdating executivesCollaborating with stakeholders, clients, and presenters to understandobjectives, incorporate feedback, and transform ideas, strategies anddense text into effective presentations
What you will need:Strong Data and End to End Strategy building skillsAbility to understand overall business drivers and identify risks andopportunitiesStrong presentation design skillsExcellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to alllevels of the organizationAbility to be comfortable interacting with internal and external executivesCuriosity and problem-solving skillsStrong execution and project management skillsStrong attention to detailEffective time management to meet tight deadlinesAbility to respond to rapidly changing business needsAbility to navigate through ambiguity and complexitiesAbility to analyze client's business needs and determine related supportAbility to manage multiple projects, activities, and problem areasAbility to operate independentlyOther related duties assigned as neededA bachelor's in business administration, graphic design, marketing,visual communications or the equivalent experience.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting careeropportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-timeposition is $180,500.00 - $303,250.00 and reflects the minimum andmaximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the postedrole, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual startingpay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills,experience, a d relevant education or training. Any changes in worklocation will also impact actual individual starting pay.
