Our health system encompasses two hospital locations in Robbinsdale and Maple Grove as well as a network of 25 clinics which includes 13 primary clinics, 6 specialty clinics, 4 urgent care/urgency centers and emergency care offerings covering five counties. This individual oversees a portfolio of major donors, corporate sponsors, and prospects, and conducts donor solicitation in collaboration with the development office and the Manager, Corporate & Individual, Planned Giving.
Requirements Education Experience Experience:
• Three years development experience required (5 preferred), including experience soliciting individual gifts and working with corporate partners. Healthcare or adjacent experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Expert relationship builder and excellent customer service skills.
• Possess a high level of computer literacy, including experience using Raiser's Edge or other donor management CRMs.
• Experience using wealth analytics tools like ResearchPoint or Wealth Engine.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently, set priorities and complete work on time and with accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Mature judgment and the ability to maintain confidential information.
• Ability to work some nights/weekends.
